Welcome to my blog! Take a look around to see what is going on in the world of Tricia Suarez Photography. Also, you may find some quick tips on preparing photography sessions with newborns or young children.
Let’s chat about what we can do to make the most of our time together.
Make sure mom is happy! Babies are so good at reading the feelings of the room. Try to take it easy and relax – we will get great pictures, I promise. Babies all have good days and bad days and I understand that. We will work through the challenges, stop to feed if we need to, and we will GET AWESOME PHOTOS. Promise!
Feed babe. Baby will be sleepiest with a full tummy. Feed baby right before our session prior to my arrival or wait until I arrive if you would like to get some images of you feeding baby.
Keep it warm and cozy in your home. Babies love to be warm – they just left your tummy which was 98.6 degrees! Babes feel most at home when it is warm – try to keep you house a little warmer for our photo session. 80 degrees would be great if you are able!
Siblings. We will try to grab the siblings in the very beginning or the very end. Their attention span isn’t the longest so I like to grab them when they are interested. Sometimes they want to see what this is all about and “observe” me for a bit before they feel the most comfortable – that is OK! There are no rules when it comes to your session. I have no expectations and will get the shots when we can.
I have swaddles, blankets, hats, bows, some cute knitted outfits, and props. We can incorporate whatever you wish from my stash or we can use yours, too. I love it when families have heirlooms and incorporate these into the photos to make them extra super special.
We will have a planning call to discuss the best way to capture your family just as you are. Everyone is unique and has your own family story to tell. Send me a message – let’s chat!
I would like to know the price and all the availability
